I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my creations, striving to bring you unique and captivating pieces. However, it's essential to clarify my return policy for your convenience and understanding.

No Returns Accepted

I do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. I encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully and reach out to me with any questions you may have before making your purchase. I am more than happy to assist you with your queries to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. 

Exceptions

The only exceptions to this rule are in cases where the wrong item is delivered. In such instances, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. I will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

 

Shipping Policy

Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping (France)

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Standard domestic shipping rates and estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days.

European Shipping

  • All European orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Standard European shipping: 5-10 business days.

International Shipping (Outside Europe)

  • All international orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Standard international shipping: 10-20 business days.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays that are out of our control.

Shipping Providers

We use Printful to fulfill our orders. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Driayn's Studio is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages

Driayn's Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
